i) Shipping Period

- For in stock items, they will be shipped within 3 working days upon order confirmation.

- For backorder items, they will be shipped around 14 working days (subject to cargo & custom's speed) upon order confirmation.

- If your order consists of in stock + backorder items, then parcel will be sent once all items are ready.


ii) Payment Period

- Please complete payment within 24 hours after you made your order.

- Order will be automatically cancelled after 24 hours if payment is not completed.


iii) No Refund / Return / Exchange

- We do not accept reasons (Eg. Unable to fit / This color doesn't suit me / Unable to wait for backorder and etc.) to cancel order.

- All products sold are not refundable except two conditions. (Please refer to our Refund & Exchange Policy).


iv) Product Information

- Please allow 2-3cm difference from our measurement due to manual measurement and also minor product changes on supplier side.

- We try our best to demonstrate colors that are close to actual products but please allow difference as lighting and user screens might affect.


v) Information Inaccuracy

- We reserve the right to correct any errors, omissions and inaccuracies if any information on the website is inaccurate at any time without prior notice, including after an order is made.
