Return & Exchange is only available within 2 days upon product received day and if it meets one of the below conditions:

i) Incorrect item received (We sent out wrong item / wrong color / wrong size by mistake)

ii) Defective item received (Stains that are not washable and holes that are bigger than 2cm)


Terms:

- Please take a few clear snapshots of the item and send it to us for verification.

- We will replace a new & same item if return & exchange is applicable.

- Product must be shipped back to us within 7 days if return & exchange is applicable.

- No cash refunds unless the product is out of stock.
